Great location with very convenient parking. We picked it to be close to everything in downtown Memphis and it was just that. Be careful as it is so close to Beale street that the noise At night might disturb you. We loved it. Only issue was the desk personnel communicated badly about when our room would be ready. That person was the exception as the rest of our stay was great.

The hotel itself is fine but the front desk staff were pathetic They were arrogant about using the water at the front desk yet the water is for guests. Days we can only use the little cups there. I understand if you want a sip but what if you’re in the hotel premises, it’s ok to maintain rules but you don’t have to be rude. The breakfast lady was the best, helped alleviate the sour taste left by the front desk bald ladies
