Food was great. Not a lot of options but it’s fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and everyone was so kind. I appreciated the outside guard at night (it is Memphis).

The office on Saturday evening was very rude. Since our room was not serviced we asked for towels and the person at the front desk became annoyed and gave us hand towels and said they were bath towels when we protested she became very curt. When we told her that hand towels were unacceptable for bath towels. She finally said she would check with housekeeping and finally she came to the room with two bath towels a tossed the at my wife and left. She was clearly mad that she had to get up off her lazy butt and accommodate us. Not Hampton Inn quality at all. Also there we no cups or hand soap. Very poor!
