The room had the smell of it being a smokers room and the tv never worked the duration of my trip. The bathroom door was too big and wouldn’t close so therefore you couldn’t lock it. Besides that, the pillows were comfortable and the water was hot.

This was a nice place to stay for a night when you need to catch an early flight out of the Memphis airport. The price was right. The hotel was quiet the evening I stayed there. The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is not in a better part of town. However, loved that they lock a gate up at 7pm at night to make it safer. Friendly staff. Hotel could do with some updating as bathroom is in need of some work. Overall a good stay.

They need an upgrade

The property def needs to be upgraded. The beds are super uncomfortable, bring your own pillow, these are terrible. ease of coming and going was fine. Breakfast was good.

No phone in room. Chairs from 1950s My husband forgot his hearing aid charger and they won’t even ship it to us!!!!!!!!!!! They say we have to come get it. We live in East Texas. Rude people. My mother had to go to the front desk 11 times to get a good room then someone had the same key did and walked in on her The only thing good is the breakfast. Dont stay here!!! The roads to it are even full of holes!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property was poorly maintained, and the management was not responsive to the issues I experienced. I was promised a refund of my deposit and a credit for the four days I had to cut short, but neither has been returned or provided. Overall, the condition of the property and the way my situation was handled left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
