Truly a bring-it-yourself experience. Which was mostly ok. A simple, clean place. I was surprised though - no hangars. The TV took a bit of time to get to channel selection. Heating/cooling was good.

Ok, so staff was pleasant, polite, and did their best to make our stay pleasant, but the facility was not well maintained and updates showed shoddy workmanship. The assigned “non-smoking” room smelled of cigar smoke, but they politely re-assigned us to a much nicer room.

The front desk staff on the night of my late arrival was very kind, accommodating and compassionates because I was very weary from a long drive. However, the condition of the hotel was in dire need of repairs and remodeling…the hallways were filthy but the room and bed was clean and comfortable. Even though it was very late if it wasn’t for the patients and kindness of Ms Alfany aka Renea and her prayer for me…I would have left and slept in my car! She offered impeccable customer service, offering the best room she had available inspite of the deplorable hotel conditions.

Photos on the website are false My door world not shut. The person I checked in with was great and tried to be as helpful as she could. However the the person on the 11 pm shift was not helpful I ask for extra towels and wash clothes only to be told no. When I insisted I was told they were washing. Website stated a breakfast. That was false. Coffe only. I would not stay here again if the gave me a free night The reason I ask for towels was because the ones in the room seem to have hair on them Refrigerator was damaged

It appears the property was near the end of the process of being transformed into an extended stay motel. Clearly, it was not finished, yet. That said, my room was nice and clean. Everything worked. Also, I was given a wheelchair accessible room. The bed and bathroom were truly accessible--well done! However, the counters for the kitchenette were too tall, and the chairs at the tiny breakfast bar were not at all appropriate. The front desk service, when I arrived at 9:45 PM, was not great. The woman was on her cell phone the entire time she was checking me in. Worse, the front desk closed at 10:00 PM. I have no idea how anyone could check in after 10. I discovered there were additional fees when I checked in (only $12 more, but unexpected and annoying--and more than someone else could afford, so he was stuck without a place to stay last night). The morning person at the front desk was polite and attentive. However, if I were in a rush to get out early, I never would have known. The front desk didn't open until 9:00 AM. Finally, though the building has plenty of no smoking signs everywhere, the hallway on my floor smelled strongly of tobacco smoke.
