loved that it was right off of the interstate. Easy to get to and from the airport and other places. Rooms were clean, did not have bad smells, and the beds were nice too, and I felt safe sleeping in them.

I have stayed here numerous times and always been greeted with friendly staff. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk to check me in and then they acted a bit put out.

I sent my parents there since they are driving from another state for place to stay overnight on Expedia. There was very good reviews but when my parents got there, the place was horrible. I’m very disappointed and I’m sad that I even put my parents in a position like that, and they were too tired to leave.

Do not recommend.

The staff is very nice although I was given the wrong room. I was to tired to go back downstairs and get the correct room. Room was pretty dirty. No hairdryer. In room telephone did not work. One of the lamps didn't work. The USB plugs on the nightstand didn't work. The doors to the other hotel rooms would slam shut. Very strong smell of burnt oil in the hallway.

I have stayed at this facility 6 times. Three of those times the television streaming was down. Being able to stream my tv shows on Prime or Netflix is why this was my hotel of choice. At the very least, front desk should left guests know that the service is down BEFORE check in.

Not so great

The attendant that checked us in left us waiting for over 10 minutes. Had her back to the entry and never did turn around. Had to let her know that we were there. Then failed to give us the right room number. As a whole was uncomfortable and not very friendly. The bed was super uncomfortable. Had a migraine by the time I woke up.

Broken shower was no fun

Great front desk service from Val but room had issues. Had a handicap accessible room, shower was broken. Plumbing parts just kind of laying around. Had to hold shower nozzle in my hand the whole time.

Beautiful building horrible service

I checked in my room and the shower was dirty. There was hair in the shower. I had to change rooms at 1030 at night. I had to wait for a new room. My second room was better but the shower had paint chips missing and the shower only does extremely hot. The staff was limited and I had to request towels daily at least twice a day. The hotel was beautiful but service was horrible.
