We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.

This hotel is located in a huge outdoor shopping mall, a safe area with ample parking and several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel, however, has very outdated and noisy room air conditioner units. There is no complementary breakfast. You must pay for it. It has no coffee or tea in the lobby throughout the day. You must purchase it during their cafe hours. They do have a bar open after 5pm but it is limited in the wine selection. They have lots of room for improvement.
