The room was very nice but getting to it was a little confusing given the layout of security fencing. Some more signs directing to room numbers might have helped. Only other drawback was a clogged bathtub drain and the room could have used a few shirt hangers. When I overstayed my checkout time due to circumstances beyond my control the staff were very understanding and helpful and it didn't cost me another dime.

There wasn't anything about the properly itself. it's just the area it sits in that affects it and what goes on around it. But otherwise our stay was good and the staff is very friendly at this location.

I loved the property except they moved me out a comfort room and non smoking room to a not so clean smoking room and now I been having headaches in the room they moved me to a smoking side. They really nice I just don’t like the front side where smoking rooms because I can’t be around smoke now my head hurts I began to get sick.

Very Surprised How Nice The Rooms.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and didn't make it through the night it was so bad. 100% Improvement Pricing was Affordable cheaper than many in that area. They have Clean Rooms, Security features to get to the room I had to use my key at a gate that actually stays locked. Microwave and fridge in room both were clean I had a small burn in the top cover on bed but linens were clean and I never sleep with the top cover anyway. I would definitely stay here again, the staff was very nice and personable especially the man in the mornings. Overall I had GREAT experience.

I did not feel comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice but the room, has no safety bar in the door, there was a hole in the door (supposed to be the door lens), the towel was dirty and had pubic hair, floor was dirty and sticky. I had no choice, it was too late to go somewhere else…

Typical road-side motel

Typical road-side motel. Decent enough for the cheap stay, and the room itself was clean. However, I requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like smoke, and the smoke from the neighboring rooms poured into the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom. Bed was some kind of memory foam, so some people may like that, I personally am not a fan. Neighboring guest was out on the balcony/veranda from midnight to 2am talking with someone down in the parking lot.

Upon entering my king bed room, I immediately noticed that there was only 2 pillows on the bed. My husband has a bad back & needs 2 pillows to sleep on. I went to office and asked for 2 more pillows. The desk clerk had me follow her to a vacant room where she took 2 pillows off of the bed and handed them to me. It was dark outside. When I got to my room I could see that there was clearly a dead bug on 1 of the pillow cases & the other was VERY dirty! I took them back to the office. The clerk then took me to another vacant room & gave me 2 more pillows. I got under the light outside & saw that those pillow cases were dirty too!!! I told her never mind I would make do with the 2 pillows we had in the room at least they were clean! About 15 minutes later the clerk came to my room with 2 very clean pillows!
