Enjoyed our stay for the night. Quick getaway from home just to feel like vacation and it did. Pool was great, and clean. So was the jacuzzi. Staff was so friendly even upgraded our room to a suite for free. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

I booked this hotel for my girlfriend and I to enjoy a night away from home. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub which was out of order the entire time. We went to dinner at Insignia in Smithtown, next time I'll just book a hotel in Smithtown without a hot tub to save money on the Uber. We wanted to watch The Crash on Netflix, but unfortunately the TV could not connect to the network and maintenance wasn't available. We just played on our phones and sat in the hotel room. I would say the best part of the experience was good water pressure, but that should be expected. We often stay at the Hilton in Riverhead, near Splish Splash, and it's always a great experience, except for when we had dozens of fruit flies in our morning apple & orange juice one time. I'm calling a quits on all Hiltons. They have been a steady disappointment in my hotel experiences.

Overall good. Good location. I would stay again because it meets my location requirements. The room was very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. For a Hilton I was surprised by the following things. Could use to upgrade the bedding, it was not comfortable. The bathroom was clean however the attempt at refinishing the tub was peeling off and the no skid rubber on the tub bottom was not clean. TV was not working well and kept going dark and had to be restarted which sometimes fixed it. When I called about it they agreed to compensate but ultimately they didn’t and I forgot to remind them at checkout. Carpet in the room was damp. No privacy/quiet, I was able to clearly hear conversations in the adjacent room and hallways.

Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked.
