This location has easy access to local stores/supermarket and is a great base of operations for those looking to explore Stonehenge or venture towards Bath. The property is beautiful and pool is very relaxing. Food was also great! Would stay there again!

One night stay for my partner's birthday. Hotel is clean and tidy and very well presented. Pool is lovely and definitely their summer USP, but not near enough sun loungers for the potential number of guests staying at the hotel - so be prepared to not get one. Classic case of guests leaving towels on them when they were nowhere to be seen. Josh was fantastic in the restaurant, helpful young lad with a great eye for getting things done. Shower only ran boiling hot water which wasn't ideal but not sure what could be done about that over a one night stay. Dinner experience was okay,

Great weather meant we got to utilise the pool space which was great. However, it was dirty upon our arrival but cleaned the following morning. Breakfast was good and the restaurant served a small menu but it was fine for us. Limited availability with the wine menu and no draft beer. A pleasant stay which I would recommend.

Lovely hotel with lots of character, great food and drink and wonderful staff. Our room was on the second floor with only stairs access, which may be difficult for some. It was a little dark in our room due to the trees outside and lighting configuration within the room. It was noticeably warmer on the second floor than the first or ground floor and, as lacking air conditioning, may become very hot in warmer temperatures. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We would definitely book again.
