No bar or restaurant is a bit disappointing. The only issue was the beds being on wheels. Every movement in bed caused the entire bed to roll across the room. Probably fun for kid but annoying for me. Other than that a nice place to stay with very helpful and friendly staff.

Well positioned with good amenities, however the room fittings are furnishings are tired, grimy and stained. There’s also no air conditioning or heating in the bedrooms, so having the doors closed makes it uncomfortable when sleeping.

We were very impressed. Stayed as a family, pleased with the three bedroom apartment - had a washer/dryer, and all the cooking utensils we needed. Very comfortable. This is our 2nd stay at Wyndham & it didn't disappoint! Friendly staff, quiet secure and well presented. Great location as we were able to easily walk everywhere & didn't have to use the car. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very courteous at all times, and could not fault them at all. The presentation of the lobby was spotless, as you would find in a 5-star hotel. The pool was fantastic, and very rare that you would find an outdoor pool at this price point, with city views to match! The room was slightly delayed because of a steam clean (and thus carpets needed to dry), which was fine by us, as it would guarantee a fresh room. Now, the reason I dropped a star from the rating, was due to a couple of issues. The dryer function of the washing-machine/dryer did not work, possibly due to an error reading noting that the filter needing to be cleared. After requesting this be cleaned out twice, the maintenance team did not show up. I ended up drying my washed clothes in the communal commercial dryer. Small inconvenience, but at least it worked. Second issue was the lounge armchair, which unfortunately had dust mites. My wife developed itchy marks on her skin first but we didn't realise where they came from. After I developed the same after sitting on the chair a day later, we pinpointed the arm chair. Reception dealt with it by swapping out the chair immediately and no further issues after this. Kids did not sit on this chair, and thus were not affected.
