My only complaint about this hotel is the non working lift and the bottleneck at reception on the Mezzanine level. Took so long for the one working lift, right near the reception desk. This is also right near the breakfast area. Very congested and uncomfortable. The hotel and staff were wonderful. I think fixing the elevators should be a priority.

Very good position in a beautiful 170 year old building, tastefully renovated. Nice balcony but nothing in fridge! And no room service - coffee ran out! Not a 'boutique hotel' more like serviced apartments! Serviced evey 3 days that is!

Excellent place to stay

There are lots of Hotel options in Melbourne, but the Treasury on Collins had so many excellent reviews, we decided to try it. Just stay here, you will not be disappointed. There was a small mix up in our booking, but Treasury on Collins has excellent customer service and took care of it. ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, there is something for everyone. Location is excellent, just steps away from shops & restaurants. Our room was beautiful, it was spacious, clean, had a kitchenette, washer/dryer and comfortable beds.

This hotel is excellent for a family stay. Convenient location to shopping mall and all the tourist highlights. Excellent services and delicious breakfast. Please be careful about the washing machine. If you wash your dark-colored clothing first, it may give you the next load of grey color.

The hotel was fantastic, we were upgraded to a king Suite from a Queen suite, onky issue was no drawers or shelves if you like to unpack and not easy to live out of 2 suitcases but there is plenty of space. Breakfast was phenomenal and the Wine down 4-6 we got unlimited wine which was a lovely bonus. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful big shout out to Gemma on the Wine down on the Monday night
