What a wonderful experience! The staff at the front reception were so lovely & helpful, room was clean and modern. Large window with no noise at night. Beds very comfortable. Great location. No parking at hotel but email with close parking arrangements was helpful with discount offered for parking.

The Capitol Studio room is up there with one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Spacious, comfy bed & quiet. The huge bathroom, including a deep bath, is a bonus too. I’ll definitely be back.

Room layout felt spacious and comfortable. Limited amenities but a great price for a city hotel in an excellent location. Great soundproofing meant the room was very quiet. Only negative was a periodic drain smell in the bathroom.

A wonderful boutiquey type hotel right in the centre of all the Laneway action. It’s in a great location, near lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as all the touristy things like theatres and markets. The staff are wonderful, the rooms also (we had a Capitol room which was spacious) and their cafe also great. Definitely recommend and will stay again for sure.
