The Stamford Plaza was incredibly well priced for the brilliant location (right near Princess Theatre & Parliament House, on the Collins St tramline right to Southern Cross station), helpful service (looking after our bags before check-in & after we checked out) and gorgeous room with top class amenities. We had a beautiful, relaxing stay and would definitely stay there again next time we're in Melbourne.

We booked a two room suite which was great. Property is showing its age but we feel it adds to the charm. Breakfast was ok, but Harry’s restaurant a little hit and miss. Having said that, staff were most accommodating when we mentioned we were heading a show and prioritised our dinners. Happy hour is great.
