Great location but the kitchen cabinet doors were broken, it was fixed after reporting but the standard of cleanliness really needs work. Could see mould build up around kitchen and bathroom basin. Shower door water stopper liner was broken and mouldy, replaced after notifying staff. The place needed a good wipe down, dusty everywhere. There was an awful smell on the lounge floor and the pool was very small (looks way bigger in photos). Felt it was very dark, lack of lighting at reception but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Not sure I'd stay there again... probably not my level of comfort.

The staff were lovely but otherwise it is a disappointing hotel. The garbage Shute smell is very strong and unpleasant, it seeps into the room. The cleanliness is way off for a new hotel. Location was our big win. The property is priced to encourage a high expectation.
