Very friendly & helpful staff members. Amazingly quiet for such a busy road. Comfortable beds - mattress high quality. The bathroom could be made safer by having more of an angle on the tiling to drain the water directly into the drain rather than around the bathroom. Very clean in all areas. Thank you.

This was the second time I have stayed here as the location and facilities are just what you need for a city break. Its easy access to the train station to get in and out of the city, the apartments are spacious, comfortable and easy access to shops and supermarkets for supplies.

There was an issue with the cistern, but I eventually got it to stop running. There was no light above the vanity in the bathroom, so shaving was done in shadow. Otherwise good.
