It is probably an issue with Australia and not this hotel, but we were staying there during the Easter weekend for 4 days and we only got our room cleaned once, because the cleaners were off during the Easter… Other than that it was a great stay in a great location!!

Air con was good, but be aware you must keep the sliding door closed or it will turn off. Housekeeping do their job well, but communication between the desk and cleaning staff needs to be improved.
