We stay here often when in town. With a full agenda we decided to see if we could check in early, mainly to get our key as we would be back late after reception closed. We arrived at 12.15 and were told we could check in early for a $50 fee. Or we could come back at 1.30 and check in early at no cost. We chose the latter and went for a coffee. We do understand that checking in early is at the hotels discretion, but obviously the room was available so the fee did seem excessive. Overall we love staying here when visiting family nearby.

I recently stayed at Quest Moorabbin and had a very pleasant experience overall. The standout highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the staff; they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my time there, which truly made me feel at home. I also found the hotel to be kept in a clean and well-maintained condition. The hotel is an excellent choice for travelers with a car, as the location is very convenient and the parking facilities are easy to access and stress-free. However, for those traveling without a vehicle, I would suggest considering the location carefully. The hotel is situated in an area with limited walking access to restaurants and supermarkets, so it may be less convenient if you are reliant on public transport or walking. Regarding the room, while it was generally clean, there is definitely some room for improvement in terms of the finer details of housekeeping. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially to those driving, as the fantastic service and ease of parking make it a great base for your trip.
