It was ok, the room was missing some basics such as a tea towel, a cloth to wash dishes, any detergent for the dishwasher. It was a spacious room. I didnt like the shower bath set up. The glass partion felt very fragile and I found the bath (standing for a shower) a little slippery. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable. Great if you love super soft but it was so soft (or worn down) that you sank to the bed base. Also it wasnt super quiet, you could definitely hear the people speaking on their phones or just in the rooms next door.

Great accomodation. Has all the amenities you need to feel almost like home. Staff are helpful and friendly. Across the street from an enormous shopping centre. Bush walks and nature attractions are countless in the area.

Great resort for a night stay on the Island

A perfect location for a night stay on Philips Island. The resort is quite near the town centre and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and great size for my family of four : )

we have stayed here a few times before and it improves everytime. It is close to family and the fact that it across the road from a major shopping centre makes it convenient for dining and grocery shopping ( when needed)

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a washing machine, detergent, dryer, clothesline, kitchen utensils, tableware, amenities, etc., and is within walking distance of a shopping mall, so I think it is an ideal hotel for long-term stays. I would like to stay again next year.

Excellent Apartment/Hotel, staff were great and helpful and the it was well located. Only issue was a couple of times I had trouble entering the hotel after hours as the entrance wouldn’t open, but the staff were very reactive and sort it out for me. I will definitely stay again. Thanks

our room was not very clean. where the dryer was you could see the dust on the wall. the toilet still had toilet paper and floaties in it. there were no face washers. the tv in the bedroom would not turn on. I have stayed in a lot cheaper motels and they have been a lot cleaner. the staff were friendly and accommodating
