Amazing apartments! Wow - only just opened in June 2026 - super modern, clean and comfortable. Very happy with our stay. Plenty of Free street parking or you can pay $20-$25 a night to park at the hotel.

Rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Up to perfection however if you need a car parking spot then you have to be careful, experienced a paid car space but there wasn’t actually any spot for parking on my second night. Risk is yours thereafter. Overall the location, staff were nice.

We loved our stay at Punthill as a family with two young kids travelling in from Sydney we were so happy with our stay. The accomodation itself was pristine and so comfortable. The staff were so accomodating and kind with all my requests and questions. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this spot to anyone who wants a comfortable stay. Reception always had a big smile when we walked in and were kind to help me unlock the door as we had two adjoining apartments, with coffee pods and catering to any question I had. Parking was super easy - both on location and a lot of parking on the side streets too. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely :)

The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful. I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked. After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room. The property itself is great, the parking is non existent.

Such a lovely looking hotel! Everything was immaculate and couldn’t ask for better. Bed was very comfortable and hotel very accommodating with a travel cot too. Good coffee capsule machine (w e had an apartment with a kitchenette and living area). Only thing I can think of to improve is to have two hand towels or a tea towel for the kitchen bit to dry up (if there was one and I missed it apologies!) amazing night stay, won’t disappoint!
