Peppers Docklands was a beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was great the only downside of staying there was housekeeping. Everytime we left our room to do some shopping or even a walk around the area our room was never cleaned bed was never made and we had to constantly call to make up our room

We had 2 rooms with a family of 5. Great location to walk the city including plenty of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful for whatever we needed including organizing a ride to the airport. Would stay there again!

The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, though a little dark and over looked. The rest of the hotel may well be nice when it is finished. At present the hotel is shared with workers working on the fabric of the hotel. Particularly the breakfast room and lifts. When we arrived the only way we could find the lift and call buttons was using our phone torches. Breakfast is overpriced and of average quality at best. The coffee is poor, which for Melbourne is a sin.

The room itself was fine but the hotel was a bit tired and needs a refurb. Staff nice but overworked, the pool and gym are in the building next door, and the breakfast buffet was sub par. Not terrible but definitely won't be going back.
