We found the apartment to be very comfortable and spacious. They have great amenities such as the pool and laundry. It was so nice to just park and enjoy Melbourne by foot or tram. Very close to many restaurants, shops and Queen Victoria Market. We highly recommend Pegasus Apart hotel.

We stayed at Pegasus Apart'Hotel for eight nights. -Front desk staff:Friendly and helpful. -Room: Studio apartment which was suitable for a couple. Ensuite attached, shower was good. The kitchenette has a gas cooktop, microwave, frying pan, two saucepans, and basic tools and utensils. -Laundry: The laundry is on the first floor. It has washers and dryers which cost $5.00/load. The hotel has sachets of laundry liquid you can purchase at the front desk. I would recommend buying laundry sheets and bringing them with you. -Pool/gym: I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. I used the gym which was well equipped. -Cleanliness: The room was generally very clean. My only issue was with the bed linen, which I think needed better laundering as the quilt was stained. This was likely because it didn’t have a full enclosed cover. I also thought the mattress should have a better cover too given the number of ppl using the bed. -Location: The hotel is within a short walk of Flagstaff station and the Queen Victoria Markets, where you’ll find the number 19 tram. It takes 15-20 minutes walk to get to Bourke Street Mall. - Restaurant: We attended the restaurant attached to the hotel once. The food was okay as was the service. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

The property location is excellent, close to both trams and trains. Queen Victoria Market is also just around the corner. Our stay was excellent and the service was really good. The only reason for overall 4 stars is that our two bedroom apartment only had one fan and an AC in the living room. This made the bedrooms feel quite stuffy at times.
