Location at Collins is good. Most major attractions are nearby. Many eateries, convenience stores, bars. Flinder station walkable. Free Trams ride ( Tram - first time I experienced that is free ) within the most important inner city attraction. Must try Fish Market for seafood etc.

Location is great, in free tram zone and good for solo traveller. A lot of reviews mentioned about lift problem which almost caused me cancel my booking but I don't feel any hassle regarding with lifts at all. You can totally skip the hotel breakfast since it's very basic and Melbourne offers so many great cafe which most of them opens at 7pm. I don't mind staying here again for my next visit.

Great place to stay with kids - they liked the pool and buffet breakfast. The room was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The lifts were not working which was inconvenient, and the spa was also out of order - it would have been nice to enjoy the spa while kids were in the pool rather than sitting in the cold!

While this hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, it is looking a little tired and in need of a refurbishment. The biggest concern was the long delay in the elevators owing to the fact that 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service during my stay. All in all, the hotel is reasonable value.
