Ease of booking, friendly and professional staff at check-in, clean and tidy rooms, and easy check-out. Meals at the property are great! Only downside is traffic noise, but you expect that on a busy road, and I was hesitant to park under the large gum trees, but it was all good :)

Maybe we were just unlucky? The motel is next to the function room. There was a function on when we stayed and there is no soundproofing between function room and motel. If you want a good night's sleep, check first whether there's an event. Some of the staff really went out of their way to help. Others less so.

no food delivered couldn't connect to app no streaming just wonted to relax after long drive eat in shower and sleep we got food else where, free drinks were insulting to us as we couldn't even get food from kitchen/room serves as advertised
