Door lock chain missing and door lock was only a knob and button - did not sleep as felt unsafe the entire night.. Noisy and constant chatter right through till morning. Bathroom was a health & safety risk - water on floor, drawers screwed shut, no exhaust fan.

It's a pretty good price for what it is. My room needed hanging space, preferably a wardrobe. Small plates and mugs and spoons, but could've done with a cutting board, and a couple of dinner plates. Perhaps a table a chairs would make this room more comfortable. Airconditioning needs fixing as leaked onto bed. Extra toilet roll would be helpful. They charge a key deposit of $50.00, refundable upon return of key. This is not explained on website. Other than above, quite a comfortable bed and stay overall.

The only thing i liked about this place was the young chinese man at reception. He was lovely and helpful. He left soon after we arrived. The room was terrible. Unsafe, unclean and very smelly. We did not stay here even though i had paid online. No refund was offered. I booked elsewhere and repacked the car and left. Do not book here!

Very dirty and the smell of bleach unbearable. Ended up leaving straight away. The airconditioner was not functioning the blinds didn’t give privacy. The roof was mouldy and a hole in the door. The beds looked dirty.

The showwr base is unsuitable for elderly people as only has shower curtain, base is very slippery, floor gets wet. Very musky smell in room, fridge noisy and so were next door. Talking outside on phone 2am

Strongly recommend to NOT stay here

The rooms of this hotel are atrocious. Upon first entry the floors were wet and room smelt of bleach and other obscene odours. There were used cigarette butts on window frames and floor. Further cigarette burn marks on the bedding. Tiles were broken and walls covered in mold throughout the bathroom. The airconditioning did not work in the room. Other tenants were under the influence of drugs or alchol and noisy in the complex carpark till 3am.

Terribly disappointed in overall - Stairway to back upstairs' Rooms a high Safety Trip Risk due to trims, measurements between steps and forward lean of steps. High risk of fall. - Reverse cycle heater in room not working - Unclean floor with bits and pieces found including old hardened chewing gum. Not vacuumed properly, - Fridge froze all our stored food and drink overnight - No sitting area with table and chairs, unusually a third bed added restricted any movement in the small room - TV remote on/off button not working - Credit Card registered with $50 at Check-in, Credited ok at Check-out, but amount at other stays is usually $1, Overall, very disappointing, particularly the danger at the rear external stairs, where there is a high risk of fall and injury. IT is rare that we review with any complaints but this was not a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews on this property before booking as we wanted somewhere close to a function we were attending in the Surrey Hills area and this fit the bill for price and location. At reception a lady attended eventually who seemed unsure of the process, explaining her partner was otherwise occupied. The cost of $125 quickly changed to $175 when she advised I needed to pay a key deposit which I wasn't aware of before booking. She explained it would be refunded to my credit card when key was returned. The room itself was clean, we checked the bed and it was comfortable and clean. My partner wanted to shower and change before we left for the function and the light in the bathroom didn't work (no outside window) so had to leave the door open and we couldn't stop the shower dripping after, noisy enough to need to shut door so we could sleep later. We slept on and off with lots of noise and voices which seemed to be cleaners or workers loading trailers or utes with metal. When we finally woke at 6am we dressed hurriedly and left, dropping the key in the security box at the office. We didn't use the bathroom as there was no light and I had a general feeling of unsafe while there. Since then 27 October, the refund has not been paid. I have called 3 times since to be told by a male person that he needed the physical credit card so I emailed him my card details, then he hasn't had time to look at his emails. DO NOT STAY HERE

Never stay here, they run a brothel here, very noisy crazy people yelling and fighting all night. No sleep was had, booked 4 nights left after 2 as too scared to stay and had no sleep anyway. Awful rip off
