This is the third Meriton we have stayed at during our travels in Australia and they are amazing! Kay at reception was over the top in customer service! Upon arrival at 8am after a long flight we knew it would be a long shot to get our room. The check in staff were super accomodating and allowed us to go upstairs and relax by the pool untill a room was available. We were super tired however it wasn’t long untill one the of the staff appeared at 11am to advise a room was ready for us - four hours before check in time - angel! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay - washing machine and dryer, full size fridge, microwave, couch etc. The location is super central in Melbourne CBD. We had a great stay, highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be coming back in our next visit to Melbourne
