Comfortable stay at Mercure North Melbourne

I enjoyed my recent 3-night stay at Mercure North Melbourne. The hotel is very conveniently located across the road from the major hospitals and within easy walking distance to the 58/59 tramline. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room, although a bit worn, was cleaned to a high standard with all the usual amenities available. The in-room wifi worked well. A comfortable stay and I would look at staying here again if needing to return to North melbourne for work.

All the staff that I encountered in reception were also friendly and helpful. The only negative experience - there were strands of dark hair in the shower/bath (I have light coloured hair).
