This property is a beautiful apartment with amazing harbour views, a beautiful pool and awesome gym. We loved the fact it was at the end of the free city tram line, close short walk to Woolworths and that there were many dining options close by. My only negative is the communication, I emailed and texted the dedicated number requesting a cot for my 17month old and I had no response, so I had to have him in bed with me, of which he fell out and hurt himself twice.

I thought the property could have had a little more ambiance, maybe a pot plant (plastic), and a table on verandah to put drinks/food on, the photos in room had no relevance to Melbourne at all???!!!

I've been staying here for over a month due to a long-term project, and every day, I'm captivated by the stunning view. I stayed with my family with a toddler, and they all simply loved it. The apartment I chose itself is spacious, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and more. It's been a fantastic place to call home during my stay. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed, although we still had to buy some basic supplies like alfoil. Communication was easy and check in was clear. The hotel pool was really nice and the property location made it easy to get arpund to all tourist destinations. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Great Views, but Bad Communication

The place is in a great location and the views are amazing! Only downside is that they do not communicate very well. I sent them 3 emails asking about a late checkout and luggage storage and did not hear back from them. Very annoying!

Great location, very clean, looks new - with good amenities like the pool and gym. The owners helped us after a communication mishap when we couldn't respond to contact as we were travelling. The owners turned up in person and sorted it out for us! I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We (Family of 2 adults 2 kids) had a comfortable stay here. Stayed like a rich man, with amazing dock view, nice blue sky. This area is less crowded, but it is still convenient to access to public transports. Free tram is available with 3 minutes walk, easy to get Didi or Uber. The apartment condition is new and good. Overall, it is highly recommended for family or group stay.
