Holiday Inn is close to the airport so an easy walk. It was very clean and well maintained though aged. The bed and pillows were so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Our dinner was really nice but the stand out was breakfast with a nice range at the buffet. There is also a shuttle bus for $3.

Clean and quiet spot near the airport. We arrived late and having the airport shuttle to and from the hotel was excellent. We didn’t try the breakfast since we had an early morning flight out, but would select this hotel again.

Staff were excellent (Nicole at reception was outstanding). Food well prepared and presented. Room spacious and comfortable. The facilities are getting a bit dated (no USB ports available in the room as is now often found in more modern accommodation) but everything was more than adequate for travellers needing a bed and food before/after flying from Melbourne Airport.

Very close to MEL which is great but I don’t think you should have to pay for the shuttle when going to the airport. We were departing on an international flight and the driver dropped us off on arrivals level? Hotel itself is very average. Rooms are looking very tired. Bed was comfortable.
