Dirty. When we saw the suite there was still left over half eaten cookie from the previous guest on the table. The location is good if you want to cross the river to get to the museums. Not as central as some other hotels. Noise from garbage truck etc can be heard early hours.

5 Star, in all respects.

Great service and beautiful apartments. Life got spoilt and we were moved to a very flash apartment at no extra cost. People are very friendly, professional and accomodating. Superb location, as well. Will visit again.
