This location is close to many restaurants, gas stations and Sam’s club. This location regrettably wasn’t for my family. Upon entering the facility and even in our room we could smell smoke. Our actual room had an odor of mold as well. My daughter was not feeling well as a result and we requested a refund. We were lucky to be able to rebook at the same extended stay but off of Hollywood ave (near Sprouts) and it was a completely different experience!! This location was newer and had wood floors versus the carpet that was in the other location. I will say that Ms. Rachel (front desk @ airport location) was welcoming, friendly and super nice.

The place was dirty. The first room we were in had a dirty toilet, broken hide a bed and smelled awful. The second room smelled better but was still dirty in some places. There was moisture in the bathroom on the ceiling that was dripping and yellow. Within a couple hours I was feeling ill. There was a homeless man digging through the inside trash at the end of the hall that was overflowing and sketchy people staying there. We left after I started feeling ill. I overheard a lady talking to the manager about using vinegar on the walls for what I can only imagine is the smell of this place. The lady at the counter who helped wasn’t even from this location originally but due to staffing was here. She was very kind. Because we were there for three hours the manager only wanted to refund us 50% to which I asked for more as this was a huge inconvenience and because of the conditions of the room. She gave us 70% to which I took and ran.

Very happy

The front desk staff were very accommodating when i didn't like my first room. The second room the lights by the bed didn't work due to a broken plug, the light in the living room had no bulb, the hallway light didnt work. The room was very dirty walls and floor which i did clean myself. A cabinet door in the kitchen was broken and hanging. Other then that everything was a okay.

Super clean & updated

We had a studio room with a pullout couch as well as a queen bed. It also had a small kitchen area, breakfast dining counter, living room area, and of course a bathroom. The room was updated, nice flooring, nice TV, modern furniture and was extra clean. The front desk staff was super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there. 10 out of 10

My last room during trip

The room was the best one I stayed in during my trip. It was clean & the desk staff was very helpful. It was easy to get to & not far from airport. It has been years since I’ve been in the area & should I return I will most likely stay here again. As I’ve had both back & hip surgeries the bed was comfortable but if I’d stayed longer I would have needed a bit more padding.

Check-in was good. Very friendly staff to greet me. Room was clean and well outfitted with kitchen and all the things you would want in a hotel kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Close to lots of shopping and dining options (all within walking distance). Overall this is a great hotel dollar for dollar…. I would recommend staying here.
