Stayed for a few days, good location for accessing the city by tram or walking, parking is good, our room was a suite, clean comfortable and only issue was the tv was very old and not receiving all the channels and you can hear the noise of the railway that you look out onto.

Clean and tidy with great views. Staff were exceptional and attentive and the buffet breakfast was fantastic with a brilliant selection of food. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only issue was with the Fox sport channels not working but apart from that, the room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely go back again.

Overall Good hotel Swimming pool was out of use at the time of our trip. Slippers aren’t available in the room, No mini bar A few things here and there weren’t available but nothing major. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay and had amazing views of the river. However, the riverside rooms are also loud at night. The gas brigade show at night is really bright and loud and goes off every hour until midnight.

Loved our stay here with two bedroom riverview. We had a beautiful view of the city and river front, convenient location for great coffee shops, restauarants and shops. It is also next door to the immigration museum, which was an excellemt museum to visit and it is also a spot that tours pick up for the phillip island penguin tour, whoch was perfevt. My only regret is we should have stayed more than one night. The reception staff and bartender were also helpful and welcoming!
