Wonderful hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Always feels lovely and clean. The only downside would be that the tvs aren’t smart, so can’t stream or cast to, but that’s only minor & just something to be aware of. Highly recommend and we have stayed there multiple times

The location is perfect, watching the trains and enjoying the city lights in Southbank was wonderful at night, I found the sound of the trains to be relaxing but if you feel it would disturb your sleep ask for a room facing away from the river. The staff could not have been more helpful.

We had a Dockside view. 9th floor. Trains were a bit noisey so if you have trouble sleeping with a noise pick the other side of the hotel. We don't so it was nice to look out at the Dockside restaurants at night and see the buzz.

This is a great place to stay in Melbourne, especially if you are spending more than one week in Australia. We loved having a suite with a washer/dryer so we could do laundry halfway through our trip. The staff were very helpful (although the night staff seemed a bit friendlier). The bed and linens were comfortable. The only big drawback is the hotel has terrible WiFi. This posed a problem when were trying to look up things to do and book tickets. At this point in time with technology, it is unacceptable and unnecessary for a hotel to not have good WiFi.
