Staff super helpful and friendly. Wonderful location. Coffee/food shops close handy. Woolies supermarket around corner on Elizabeth st. Dark, quiet room for sleeping. Microwave useful. Tourist info available. Terrific Thai restaurant in basement but book ahead. It was so busy we opted for takeaway (Friday night). Will certainly use this hotel again in the future.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a small laneway. Night-time is quiet. The rooms are in excellent condition. Eveeywhere is clean and extremely well maintained. Plenty of hot water and great pressure. Bed is comfortable and things like showercap, facewashers and a microwave are appreciated. (not all hotels stock these items). There are lots of hotels in the CBD, yet I will return to this little treasure
