Staff are terrific on reception. Friendly,helpful,attentive,efficient. The hotel is good value in a great location for the theatres and also some really close coffee/brunch/dinner venues. I would look to book here again when in Melbourne.

happy with the price for the room size and location. the room is starting to show age/wear. though the room was clean, it does seem due for a more deep clean as we noticed the ceiling lights/sprinkler/vents were very dusty. the shower silicone is also due for refresh as shows mould.
