However some basic amenities were missing: toilet brush/spary, bath mat and also we had three people staying at the room and we had to ask for a third towel and when we did they still only gave us two. One of us had to use the smaller hand towel.

The room was spotless and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great position especially for sporting venues and has terrific amenities with bar and restaurant on site. The staff are absolutely wonderful.
