Great location

Late booking due to other choice letting us down on New Year Eve. Location plus but apartment could do with a good clean and paint job. No toilet tissue on arrival, thank goodness for tissues, finally got some the next day. Close to Southern Cross and Flinders St stations, tram stop right outside entry.

Dirty, dusty, broken, uncomfortable. Avoid! Bad!!!

When too good to be true is always too good to be true... The only positive about this place is the greeter, Kiran, who was lovely and seemed mortified at representing such a subpar operation. The walls are filthy and marked throughout. I had to clean cooking grease or fat from the broken range hood lightswitch. There are no bedside lamps in the bedrooms. The front bedroom blind is broken. One double bed is broken and listed badly to one side. The fake plants are covered in a thick layer of dust. The bathroom door has a hole and has been repaired with masking tape; it all needs proper cleaning. I'm only going through the bigger ticket items. Lastly of these, the front door handle is broken which I assume weakens the lock. We arrived with our two children after a long day's drive. Our excitement aboult Melbourne returned when we moved to a hotel the next day. This apartment is simply not ready for rental. Wotif, you should strike this property from your listings; it's a disgrace and is ultimately your problem. Despite our request, the manager, Tina, never bothered to contacted us after we discussed our complaint with Kiran. We've moved over to booking.com; never, ever come here.

Good location but cleanliness 3 stars.

Cleanliness 3 stars. Owner seem to forget to provide us with toilet papers n we had to buy to last us 5 nights. Beside the lamps are not working. Toilet sink is choked too. Kitchen facilities very simple with 3 small pots. Recommend for short stay if you need not cook.
