“I have nothing to concern about the hotel and the amenities from the facility. But sometimes when you’re dealing with public, but can’t process everything as a robotic. First time, I was their with my whole family of 5 (2 adults and 10/7/19 months old) they charged 200k VND . Second time, I was there with my 2 oldest. They charged 200k VND just because I have a 7 year old add on.”

“beautiful new hotel , all staff efficient and very friendly. Only downside was they did not have the gym setup yet. They have a very nice pool though. Food was okay, could use a little more variety, coffee not hot enough for me. overall i would rate their hotel as a 9. we will stay there next time we go to Bac Lieu”
