Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Went to the hotel on afternoon of 11/25/2025, This Hotel couldn’t find the booking order from hotel.com. They did not allow me to stay. I paid hotel.com and couldn’t stay at the hotel. Hotel.com should refund me.
Stayed 1 night in Oct 2025
