We have just returned from our visit to Meeru and our trip was unforgettable yet again. The food, room, excursions and spa were all fantastic. Most of all the staff were incredible. Everyone we encountered - housekeeping, spa, reception, excursions, all the chefs and wait staff - went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

Meeru was an amazing stay. The resort organized the transfer from the airport and everything was seamless. We stayed in an overwater villa and the views were stunning. The resort offers a complimentary snorkel tour to the house reef as well. Would go back for sure.

Exceptional Stay

Our time at Meeru Maldives was fantastic. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was outstanding, with every meal being fresh prepared in front of you, and expertly prepared, every evening different thematic. The resort itself was beautiful, offering both luxury and relaxation. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem!!! From the minute we arrived at the airport to the second we got back we were taken such good care of. The workers on the Meeru island are one of a kind; so kind, such hard workers, and always going the extra mile to make sure you’re okay. The jacuzzi water villas are worth it and so is the all-inclusive. I don’t think there’s many places that compete with this one, book the trip you won’t regret.

Nice and relaxing stay

First off the food was really good, the idea of theme nights was excellent and it was amazing to see a wide selection of foods including vegetarian. My only grumble (and it is minor) is that none of their chocolate deserts tasted like chocolate (excluding the ice cream). We stayed in the Adults-only area unfortunately children were regularly there, not that they were noisy but its a consideration to think about should they continue to allow it and does become noisy. Also it was really weird that women were allowed to wear sleeveless tops but men weren't! We stayed in a room over the water which had a lovely view but the room itself was a bit tired and needed a refresh. Staff were pleasant and our stay was enjoyable, not perfect thus the 4 stars.

Paradise

Our first time in the Maldives and we fell in love with this island! It is a true paradise on earth. We looked at many different options and thought this was the best value for money: and we were right! The island has lovely beaches and although the place was obviously full, there was space everywhere (including at the pool and in the dining area). There are many different activities, but snorkeling is the best! The excursions are expensive, but well organized and worth the money. We stayed in an overwater villa, which was absolutely amazing. It was easy to swim and snorkel from there. Especially in the evenings we could watch the abundant marine life from the balcony. For adults there is a own pool and a buffet restaurant, where the food is of very high quality and tastes good. There are a lot of food options and in the evenings the food is prepared with different themes. Although the environment and the places are really wonderful, the spirit of the place is created by the wonderful people! They are genuine, friendly and hardworking - they will do everything they can to make sure you have a great time there!

We knew as soon as we got off the speedboat that Meeru was something special. The staff are always polite and were on top of things. Special thanks to Azidh! He is an awesome waiter and always took care of us with a smile. The water is beautiful. We actually preferred the beach on the children's pool side despite staying in an over the water villa on the adult side. A highlight for me was the bioluminescent plankton that glows like xmas lights. Ask the staff which side of the island is the best for this because it changes. Good diving with EuroDivers. Andrea and his crew run a tight ship. My wife enjoyed the spa and we both enjoyed the food.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach grandios! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und dieser positive Eindruck zog sich durch unseren gesamten Besuch. Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Ruhe und entspannte Atmosphäre, die das Hotel ausstrahlt. Ideal zum Abschalten und Genießen. Das gesamte Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken – eine seltene Kombination, die wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Es gab wirklich nichts, was wir hätten beanstanden können. Ganz im Gegenteil: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!
