Alhamdulillah, we had a beautiful and peaceful stay at Sofitel Hotel in Madinah. ❤️ The location is excellent and very convenient for anyone visiting Masjid an-Nabawi ﷺ. Being able to easily walk to the mosque for salah made our stay especially meaningful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and the reception staff were kind, respectful, and always helpful. For travelers visiting Madinah, especially families and those coming for Umrah, I highly recommend this hotel because of its convenient location, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent hospitality. Jazakum Allahu Khairan to the entire team. May Allah bless you all and reward you for your kindness and service. 🤲❤️ Insha’Allah, we hope to return again.

Our stay at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah was truly exceptional. The hotel's location is perfect—just a few steps from Masjid An-Nabawi, making every visit to the mosque effortless. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and very comfortable, while the staff provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes to suit every taste. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah again. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Madinah.

Really helpful staff, front deal duty manager faraz always willing to help. Allowed late check out. Housekeeping staff really helpful. Arbil I think his name was always checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed. Very close to mosque, ladies entrance. Convenient for families. Rooms large and spacious. However rooms can be cleaner, lots of finger prints on doors, furniture, needs a good wipe.

Everything about our stay at Sofitel was exceptional. The check-in staff were wonderful, and Arif in particular went out of his way to help us get settled, genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. The team was also very accommodating when I needed to shift one of my meal reservations (I’d purchased breakfast and dinner, but had to move a dinner to a different night since I have family in the city). They handled the change smoothly. My one disappointment was with room service. I couldn’t make it down for dinner one night and requested a meal be sent up instead, and what arrived was a small plate of rice, which felt underwhelming for 160 riyal. It was a small blemish on an otherwise excellent stay. I will definitely be booking with them again for my next visit, just adjusting my expectations around in-room dining next time.
