Excellent Stay & Great Service We had an excellent stay! The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and kindly provided a late check-out due to our late flight. The hotel is only a 5–7 minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, Gate 28, with plenty of restaurants right at the doorstep. The breakfast little expensive. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the nearby shops offered excellent-quality dates at great prices. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a quintuplet room it was pretty spacious but the washroom was not good, when we first came the toilet flesh didn’t work and the pipe bidet would leak after use and there would be water everywhere on the floor. We had to call front desk twice to get someone to our room to fix it. It general we had to call many times because they would forget. The breakfast was alright nothing special experienced better at other hotels. The walk from the hotel to masjid al nabawi is 5-7 minute and there are good amount of food places near by which is nice. I general my experience with the hotel was okay I wouldn’t book here next time.
