Pullman Zamzam is a great hotel, located very close to Masjid al-Haram—almost within walking distance. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Masjid, and there are multiple routes you can take to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel to all pilgrims, especially for Umrah or Hajj. The customer service is excellent as well.
