just ok, there are other good options

Room was ok, customer service was really bad, Most of the time there were no one available at the main desk. the Bathroom was terrible i was not able to stand and take shower. it was just a small triangle i am just normal but for someone healthy he/she will not fit at all and i really mean not at all.

Hotel don't have a double room they make scam with people i book double room with king bed but they give me different room with two single bed

Hotel est bien placé pour le reste c'est vraiment moyen par exemple on a mis deux jours à comprendre le personnel qui répond à la demande sans être accueillant. Chambre vétuste à cause de sdb. Mais le fait que la mosquée soit à qq minutes à pieds justifie le prix pour un musulman

No more staying at all

I will change three times my room. One have bad smell from bathroom gutter. Other have people nokking door. No extra towels no dental kit and charge like 10 stars.

It is a terrible place to stay when you have other choices. Cons: First day we enter room, bathroom lock is broken and the room is right next door to elevators that created a lot of noise. Rooms were very very small and we were packed like sardines. No room to move around if you have a few bags with you. When asked for towel or extra pillow, they did not have it. Pro: it is very neat Madinah. People working to transport your luggage were very helpful.

Room was smelly, refrigerator was not working, no intercom was working and when i used Muslim shower lts break.i told the receptionist he said he will change the room give me 2 hours,when i went again after two hours that person was not there and other receptionist knows nothing.

First off, they were not very accommodating. when we arrived, they told us our rooms will not be ready until 3 pm. Ok no problem, we can wait, we returned after 3 , the room was still not ready/available. They had several groups checking in/out (I could not tell but the lobby was full of people with no place to walk or sit) I finally decided to cut my losses and told them to cancel my reservation. went and checked in at a different hotel. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Overall Its a good choice.

Overall experience was nice and comfortable. Cleaniless is good. Best part : Hotel is close to Haram and small Baqala below hotel and Bufia is infront of hotel from 6 am till midnight. Hotel also contain small coffee and juice shop inside for limited hours. Also Saptco Bus point is infront of hotel along taxi stand as well. Also variety of local restaurants across the road on back of hotel appox 1 km distance, near Bilal mosque. Weak point : No internet was provided in 2 days stay, and you can find similar complaints in the previous reviews of different people as well. 2 single bed room is very small and very small wash room, although condition of both room and washroom is acceptable. No breakfast. No water bottles provided in room. Staff is good and cooperative. Location is good.
