The rooms were very outdated but this shouldn't be an issue if you are just going to visit the mosque. The mosque was just 5 to 6 mins walk. The receptionists were friendly and helped us.

The rooms were very outdated, but this shouldn't be an issue if you are just staying to visit the mosque. It was very close to masjid Nabwi. Maybe 5 to 6 mins walk. The receptionists were nice enough to help us out.

This is one of worst hotel I have styed in my life. Very dirty old bathrooms , bed not comfortable, room service is worst , fly everywhere. In the corridor they have big bin full of rubbish and smells not move for couple of days until i complain. Accidentally my wife drop Little tea on the bed sheet they charge me 25sr where i have spend 2000sr for 3 night stay .I strongly suggest please don't go to this hotel you will regret.

Great location, not so good service

We stayed here for 5 nights. The service was not very good. Upon checkin I asked for Trolley but they refused because the uber was parked on the back of the hotel (1 extra minute walk) the map gave that direction to the Uber driver so not his fault. The front end employees weren't the most friendliest. When we asked for cleaning, the cleaner didn't clean the washroom he left it more dirty than it was. The location however was AMAZING!

Walking distance to masjid. Poor staff, cleaning staff. Stayed 3 nights, 4 days. Room not ready in arrival, waited hours, room not clean, no towels, no toilet paper. No saop. Very dirty room. Told front desk, dirty bed and pillows. Not once room was cleaned. I left room as soon as I could.
