Just had an absolutely wonderful stay! ✨ Everything was super clean and made for a really enjoyable experience. I felt so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. It's definitely a place I'd recommend for a great getaway. Already dreaming of my next visit!

The property is dated. It needs an upgrade. Did not look like a 4 or 5 star hotel as advertised. The good thing was we got a courtesy upgrade to partial haram view room when requested. When we checked in the shower was not working. Had to call maintenance staff and they came and fixed in the second try. The tiles on the bathroom walls were broken and patched,

Great 1. Quick access to Masjid nabawi 2. Excellent breakfast at As salaam restaurant 3. Prompt service 4. Courteous staff and good checkin/checkout experience Good 1. Room in makkah towers was good , clean and spacious Not good and needs improvement 1. Restrooms are moldy 2. General aesthetics, lobby , lifts, rooms, etc are old and lack the luxury experience and value for money provided by other 5 star hotels

**Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel** The location was convenient, but unfortunately, the room was extremely disappointing and did not match my expectations of a 5-star hotel. The “Classic Room” advertised on Expedia was misleading. I expected a comfortable room with natural light and at least some kind of view, but the room was very dark, with a “court yard view”. Tinted windows meant that we had to keep the lights on throughout the our 4 night stay. The floor was also uneven, and I tripped several times, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. The king-size bed was essentially two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses were uneven, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room’s décor and furnishings were outdated and in need of renovation. Considering the price I paid and the hotel’s 5-star rating, I expected a much higher standard. The convenient location was a positive, but overall, the room did not provide the quality or comfort I expected for the price.
