The pillows were small square pillow and should be king size pillows in a king bed suite, I’d bring my own next time if I could. There was a big gap under the door that allowed noise and a door sweep should be put on it. The room was clean and the staff was friendly access to the casino and good steakhouse. I’d give higher rating if the couple things I mentioned were remedied. Overall a decent place

This property is in need of some serious updating, it’s such a staple in Medicine hat and it’s disappointing to see what shape it is in, I’m told there’s new ownership so hopefully the new owners are willing to invest in the property. We had supper in the casino and the food was edible at best and the service was terrible, none of the staff could take it upon themselves to remove plates or empty glasses from our table all night and it was not busy. We did get a good rate on the room at least, I would not pay top dollar for this place anymore unfortunately
