The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a complimentary breakfast buffet which is a nice way to start the day. The location is great too. Walkable to downtown with the Theaters, restaurants, and shops. I have stayed here several times now and each experience had been pleasant.

Check in was fantastic with the help of Kim who was so friendly and informative. Our room was perfect for an overnight stay on our way through Oregon. We liked how close the Inn was for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Stratford Inn again.

Very helpful staff and clean rooms. Convenient location with groceries, dining and shopping all within walking distance. Breakfast was sufficient, we would have like a few more hot food options. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice and clean although the hot tub is tiny. Would visit and stay again.

We always stay here when we come into Ashland for a play or musical. It's walking distance to everything: restaurants (Nous was especially fabulous), all theaters including the main Angus Bowmer Theater and the Oregon Cabaret (dinner)Theater. And there is a Safeway across the street. The staff are all sweet and helpful.
