Safe convenient location, plenty of parking too. If you are looking for a great place to say in Ashland OR. This is it, This is a family running this property. They provide a good value in a very nice economy motel. You get a local touch from the family who cares that your stay is a good one. The family takes care of the property themselves and do a super job. I could stay at a national chain, instead I choose to support a local merchant.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. This is not a fancy property but it was quiet, had good AC and WIFI and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. There is a great coffee shop kiosk and a spring water fill station super close. It was about 10 mins from Oregon Shakespeare Festival. I’ll definitely be returning!

the room and stay was okay, but not great. The staff was good and helpful. The bed was comfortable, but there were no curtains over the window, just blinds so the room stayed light at night. No ice machine so we had get ice from the manager and only got a small cup .

The motel was conveniently located, reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly. However, the room was extremely small, and cleanliness was a major concern. There was trash left in the bin, hair stuck to the washcloth, and the towels were very old and heavily discolored. The TV was also very small and outdated. The air conditioner worked but was extremely outdated, and the temperature control was broken, making it difficult to adjust the room temperature. Overall, the property would benefit from significant improvements in cleanliness, linens, furnishings, and maintenance.

Extremely clean. Comfortable bed and comfortable cute bedding. Small, but efficient room with mini fridge, microwave, and desk. Great water pressure and flow made for an excellent shower. Location was ideal. Close to the freeway and walking distance to a few different restaurants.

The room was basic and clean. We had 2 full beds and there was a single desk rolling chair and a dresser plus a nightstand and it was packed. The beds were comfortable. Small clean bathroom with soap and shampoo packs, decent water pressure. The ac worked and stayed cool. Free WiFi with a strong signal. Serviceable linens. The one criticism was that the windows are covered with gray honeycomb blinds, no curtains- so the light came in through the edges all night (street and parking lot) and it was impractical to open them in the daytime because there is not a curtain or sheer for privacy; that made the room dark in the daytime. If you just need a clean place to crash for the night it’s good. Nothing beyond basic.

Check-in was quick, easy and relaxed. The room was recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. It was compact but spacious, well stocked and finely furnished. There was a coffee stand at the Mobil gas station next door, great gas prices too. Overall this hotel is great and affordable and I highly recommend the Relaxed Inn. Cheers.
