Would not stay again. Very expensive only to be informed while checking in that elevators not working and there is no discount. Had to use hot staircases everyday and carry luggage. A/c in our Room barely working and was told there were no rooms to switch to. Would not refund because we booked through Expedia so we paid full price for a miserable stay. Breakfast was gross.

While the staff was fine and it had a superficial face-lift, they obviously didn't go deep enough. I not only received flea bites but it also affected my luggage. I ended up have exterminate my home. I won't recommend this place if my life depended on it.

I booked 2 rooms on Expedia almost 3 months ago, yet when we checked in, they said that they couldn’t give us adjoining rooms, but just on the same level. This was disappointing. Otherwise, we have stayed at the Fairfield Inn Marriott in Medford many times now- it is exceptionally clean, generally quiet at night, and courteous staff. Would recommend this hotel if staying on L.I.; convenient to North AND South Shores.
