The front desk staff were not friendly or interested. Also there must have been something going on in a pipe. Made a growly noise all night. People upstairs were very noisy, baging and dropping things all night. Also didnt inderstand the $7,00 parking fee.

We had a clean room and it was a nice place to stay. However be aware that it is not run by Marriott hotels and you can tell. We got there about 2:50 pm, ok 10 min early for check-in, no big deal. All the hotels I’ve stayed at, check you in even if room isn’t ready. Not here! The lobby was filled with 8 groups ahead of me that the lady wouldn’t check in yet because she wasn’t expecting the night before to be busy. What?? Even if they aren’t clean you can check us in and then we can come back. We had to wait for over 30 min for check-in. Very poorly run. I don’t see this hotel doing well in the long run.

This is a standard Courtyard property, so everything is mostly satisfactory in the Courtyard way - but DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO EAT! The food was maybe the worst hotel food I've ever had. My expectations were low, but not low enough. My order of "grilled cheese and tomato soup" came with salad instead of soup, because the tomato soup "pouches" were not delivered (pouch!) and the sandwich was made in an airfryer, not a grilled (hello, "grilled" cheese sandwich), one side of the sandwich slightly toasted (not "grilled") by the fryer, but other side just soft bread. Disgusting. There was no other place to walk to for other food options. I had picked this hotel to be close to airport for a 5:15 am flight and did not have a car, for this purposes it was fine - now I know, do not expect to eat any food there.

We like to stay here because it is a short walk to the airport. They now charge you to park your car during your stay which doesn’t seem right since you have already paid for your stay.
