It was close to the Shakespeare festival site. We had a great view. Breakfast was the same as the free breakfast at the hotel down the road. Air conditioning was good. There were big stains in several places on the carpet in our room.

The room was lovely, the people were great, housekeeping was very helpful. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and they put us in the best room in the house on the 9th floor. We spent part of our honeymoon there, so it was great to return and have a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the theaters and downtown. It offers secure, off-street parking. The rooms aren't serviced every day and the shower was very small. There was a $5.00 per person breakfast that is adequate and you need to obtain a voucher.

A Charming Stay in the Heart of Ashland! We had such a wonderful stay at the Ashland Springs Hotel in Ashland, Oregon! This quaint and charming hotel has so much character and old-world elegance. From the beautiful historic feel of the property to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, it truly made our visit to Ashland extra special. The location was perfect—close to downtown, restaurants, shops, and the theater, making it so easy to explore the area. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and had that unique charm you just don’t get from modern chain hotels. What we loved most was the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying somewhere with a story and personality rather than just another hotel. If you’re visiting Ashland, we definitely recommend the Ashland Springs Hotel. It’s charming, convenient, and full of character, a lovely place to stay while enjoying this beautiful little Oregon town. ❤️ We would happily stay here again! 🌿✨

The only up side was the closeness to the Angus Bowmer theatre. The hotel was marketed as a unique and historic property but the reality was it was overpriced and just average. The room was small, no microwave and the mismatched furniture reminded me of furniture bought at a garage sale. The hotel charged for parking and the breakfast which I did not expect. The hotel restaurant food was not remarkable but was overpriced. The bed and TV in the room were of good quality. I did not find out how much I was paying until I checked out. The hotel passed through state taxes and the expedia charge to the customer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I liked.
